Eduard Planting Gallery

goes on as

Koster Fine Art Gallery

Koster Fine Art Gallery (formerly known as Eduard Planting Gallery) specializes in photographs by (inter)nationally well-known artists and give attention to upcoming talent. This creates an interesting mix and contrast between famous and unknown photographers. This mixture ensures that for every budget and for every interior an appropriate artwork can be found, for individual collectors as well as for collecting companies. The gallery started in September 2008 and has since then developed to one of the major photography galleries in The Netherlands. We are still the same gallery, with the same quality of knowhow, artists and servicelevel.

The Gallery has moved. May 1st 2020 we moved to ‘Het Arsenaal’ in Naarden Vesting. Het Arsenaal hosts a high-end conceptstore and serves as a fantastic environment for my photographic art gallery, in combination with their interior design and furniture. As of January 2021 we will also change our name in Koster Fine Art Gallery.

Feiko Koster
Feiko KosterArt dealer
Feiko Koster was originally educated as an interior architect, but already developed an interest in photography at his 18th. After a while as an architect he answered to the echo of the past and graduated from the Fotoacademie (FOAC) in Amsterdam in 2009. Since then he has been a photographer with a special interest in portrait and has been a member of several photographic juries in The Netherlands as well as abroad. Until recent he has been head curator for Foto Festival Naarden (the oldest photo festival in The Netherlands) for four consecutive editions (8 years) and external curator of 033Fotostad . Feiko & Eduard have been working together for FotoFestival Naarden. This collaboration worked out so nice that Feiko joined the gallery in 2017 and became owner of the gallery after the founder Eduard Planting retired in 2018.

The gallery is admitted to offer the: KunstKoopRegeling

The “KunstKoop” is an initiative of the independant Mondriaan Foundation, funded by the Dutch government (only about 125 galleries are admitted to this arrangement). With this it’s possible for our clients to buy art by means of an interest free loan:

100% Art, 0% interest

This arrangement is free of costs and interest for the consumer. After a downpayment with a maximum of 10%, the only thing you have to do is to pay the monthly term in a maximum of 36 months. Buying art is as easy as that!

Next to this we’re also a member of the Nederlandse Galerie Associatie (the Dutch Gallery Association).
